With dupetit you have the opportunity to return the received goods within 14 days.
You get back the amount of the goods after a processing time of 2-3 working days.
Conditions:
- The return shipment is proceeded by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- The packing must not be open for use.
- The shipping charges can just be refunded in complaint cases.
